- Undertaking the different Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Electromechanical designs.
- Providing the whole engineering consultations, as the company has highly efficient consultant engineers in all specialization.
- Getting out all the licenses necessary for buildings.
- Undertaking enumeration of all projects works and work estimates, and preparing the whole documents for bidding, and study of the offers submitted by the contractors, and to decide on the best quotations submitted.
- Project management on the engineering, financial and administrative aspect till the completion of the project and addressing the whole governmental bodies, and follow up the introduction of utilities to the project.
